Jason is the President and Founder of Clarus Wealth Management, LLC & Clarus Divorce Solutions, LLC. With over 20 years in the financial services industry, he noticed a common and troubling trend—many people didn’t fully understand the financial products they owned or the significance of their retirement decisions. When to take Social Security, when to reallocate portfolios, how to develop an estate plan, how to avoid probate, and so many other decisions. His mission is to provide clarity and confidence to those he serves, ensuring they not only know what they have but, more importantly, why they have it.

Residing in Shiloh, IL, just outside St. Louis, MO, Jason is a proud father of four and a devoted grandfather to three granddaughters—each of whom has him wrapped around their little fingers. In 2023, he took the first step toward fulfilling his lifelong dream of flying by enrolling in Southwest Illinois College’s aviation program. He earned his Private Pilot License in early 2025 and is now continuing his training, working toward his instrument, commercial, and multi-engine ratings. When he’s not in the office—or in the air—you’ll find Jason spending as much time as possible with his grandkids, golfing, attending Cardinals and Blues games, scuba diving, or enjoying the great outdoors.

Jason began his career in the financial services industry in 2003 after serving in the United States Air Force. Over the past 20+ years, he has been honored with numerous industry accolades and has dedicated his time to serving on various boards. As the Founder and President of Yellow-Tie International’s Illinois Chapter, a nonprofit supporting local and regional businesses, Jason has played a key role in fostering professional growth and collaboration.

His commitment to the community extends beyond business. He has served on the Board of Directors for Safe Connections, a St. Louis-based domestic violence nonprofit, as well as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern IL, which supports underprivileged youth. Additionally, he was nominated and accepted into St. Louis’ inaugural New Leaders Council Leadership Institute, a national program with over 20 chapters.

A distinguished member of the financial industry, Jason is part of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). In 2021, he earned the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) designation, allowing him to expertly guide clients through the financial complexities of divorce with clarity and confidence in the process.
